We provide the Services to recruit your Singaporean staff on behalf of you in Singapore.
If you have not any entity in Singapore, you pay salary with expenses reimbursement from the overseas parent company to your local Singapore individual employees, who will be bear risk without paying individual income tax to the tax bureau.
Unless your local Singapore individual employees have setup their own company, then you pay to the company, that will be no problem.

If your company still doesn’t want to set up a WFOE (Wholly Foreign Owned Entity) in Singapore due to some reasons, but you will recruit employees temporarily or by project base, we suggest you adopt this Singapore  Employment Outsourcing Services.

*Evershine will take care of payroll calculation and expenditure payment request of these local staff.
Then let you approve each payment and monthly payment sheet.

*Evershine will take care of payroll compliance in Singapore.
*When lay-off these local employees, Evershine will take care of it complied with Singapore regulations.
